Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All purchases made on the ZLKNPVP Store, including but not limited to ranks, keys, crate items, virtual currency, cosmetic items, commands, perks, and other digital content, are considered final once delivered.

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not provided after a purchase has been completed and the content has been delivered in-game.

Refunds may only be issued where required by law or at the sole discretion of ZLKNPVP.

2. Digital Content Delivery

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that your digital content may be delivered immediately to your Minecraft account.

Where permitted by law, you agree that your right to cancel, withdraw, or request a refund may be waived once the digital content has been delivered or used.

3. Non-Refundable Purchases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases, unless required by law:

• You were banned, muted, suspended, or punished for breaking server rules
• You purchased an item by mistake or changed your mind
• You entered the wrong Minecraft username
• You lost items, currency, perks, or rewards due to gameplay, deaths, resets, wipes, updates, balancing changes, or server changes
• You shared your account or allowed someone else to access it
• You made a purchase outside of the official ZLKNPVP Store
• The purchased content has already been delivered, claimed, or used
• You attempted to exploit, abuse, duplicate, chargeback, or bypass the store system

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Opening a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal without first contacting support may result in your account being permanently banned from ZLKNPVP.

Any purchased content linked to the payment may also be removed.

ZLKNPVP reserves the right to provide evidence to Tebex, payment providers, banks, and other relevant parties when responding to chargebacks or disputes.

5. Exceptional Cases

In rare situations, ZLKNPVP may choose to offer a refund, replacement, or store credit at our sole discretion.

Any refund, replacement, or compensation issued in one case does not guarantee the same outcome for future cases.

6. Legal Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory consumer rights under the laws that apply in your country or region.

Please include your Minecraft username, order ID, date of purchase, and a clear explanation of the issue.
